It has been a very stressful past few weeks. The last week of classes are here. YIPPEE!!! I wish everyone the best in the future. It has been fun.

End of Semester

The semester went by a lot faster than I thought. I am so excited and ready for summer, but also eager to complete the education program. This semester was introductory block and it really wasn't that bad. I'll be happy for a break though.

WebTools

I think that all of the webtools we learned about tonight would be useful. They were all pretty simple to use. My favorite was the PBL checklist. I do not want to take grades by many tests when I become a teacher, so this would fit my activities and projects.

Nasty, Rainy Spring Break

I was really hoping to catch some sun over spring break since I did take two days off of work and now have 5 full days off from everything. That does not look like it is going to happen. I am totally disappointed. Looks like I'll be getting even more ahead in all my classes. Tracy, Melody, and Sarah... I miss u guys and hope ur spring break is amazing. MUAH!

UGH..Midterms

This is going to be a long, long week of studying for midterms. I am totally dreading it and so ready to get them all over with. At least spring break will be the week after all of them :) YIPPEE!!!

Students can visually see their thoughts by using concept mapping. It also helps them organize information. Concept mapping helps students develop thoughts. It requires them to problem solve and critical think.

Productivity software includes word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications. Wordprocessing requires students to produce documents by writing. Spelling and vocabulary is automatically provided by spell check and thesaurus. Spreadsheets are helpful with teaching scientific and mathematic formulas. They are also used to organize information in classifications and categories. Database applications can be used by teachers to hold student records and files. It is simple to access and store the information using database.
